Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before they are shipped.

  • To cancel, please contact our support team immediately with your order number.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

  • Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery only if:

    • The item is damaged or defective.

    • The product received is incorrect.

    • The product is missing or incomplete.

Conditions for Return

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • For jewellery: tags and certificates must be intact.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized items.

  • Items bought during clearance sales.
